Room Tariffs & Booking Conditions.

- All rooms are subject to availability.
- Cancellation Policy
- Bookings cancelled with more than 7 days notice for the entire visit, will receive a full refund less 10GBP for administration costs.
Where notice of cancellation is given such that some nights are less than 7 days but more than 3 days from the cancellation time, a 50% refund will be given for those nights that fall within that period.
Where notice is given such that some nights are less than 4 days from the cancellation time, no refund will be given for those nights.
- Cancellation time
- For the purpose of calculating refunds, the relevant time point is 12pm midday (UK local time) on check-in day.
- Check In Time
- Check in time is from 3pm until 9pm unless by prior arrangement.
- Childrens Policy
- Children under 3 yrs stay with us for no charge when accompanied.
Children between 3 and 12 years are charged at half-price.
Please ask about special rates for families, and for longer stays.
A baby's cot and chairs are available on request.

- All rates are inclusive of breakfast and taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Smoking Policy
- Smoking is not permitted under any circumstances, when you are within our premises.
